I just realized: I started this blog 3 years ago (3 years and 2 days since the first post on here, dated August 21, 2005). As of now, the blog now contains 602 posts, counting this one, and 2351 comments. Neat.

thanks. it’s really a lot of words, know what I mean? I wish I could figure out a way to count the total word count of this blog. It’s kind of like those statistics that sometimes get tossed about on the radio quickly or something - “did you know the average person eats 10 spiders a year while sleeping?” (something like that), or “you will walk 40 miles total this year” (or whatever). It’s like “wow, all added up like that, this stuff is really a lot.” And also like “wow, all added up like that, I feel like I should have more to show for all this!”
